位於波士頓的新英格蘭納粹大屠殺紀念碑(New England Holocaust Memorial)。
紀念碑碑文，是德國新教牧師Martin Niemoller作文，為警醒後世勿重蹈覆轍。
碑文是:

起初他們追殺共產主義者，我不是共產主義者，我不說話；
接著他們追殺猶太人，我不是猶太人，我不說話；
後來他們追殺工會成員，我不是工會成員，我繼續不說話；
此後他們追殺天主教徒，我不是天主教徒，我還是不說話；
最後，他們奔向我來，再也沒有人站起來為我說話了。

When the Nazis came for the communists,
I did not speak out
because I was not a communist.
When they came for the social democrats,
I did not speak out
because I was not a social democrat.
When they came for the trade unionists
I did not speak out
because I was not a trade unionist.
When they came for the Jews
I did not speak out
because I was not a Jew;
When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out
